Al Gore Live Webcast: October 29th at 8pm Eastern.

Have you heard?  On October 29th, Al Gore is joining the Power Vote Campaign to do an exclusive webcast highlighting the importance of the youth climate vote this election.

Find or register a viewing party now:  http://events.powervote.org

Gore will be acknowledging the incredible work of young people to put global warming and clean energy front and center this election, and he will call on America's youth to hold our elected officials accountable for repowering America through our voice and our VOTE on November 4.

Right now, nothing is more important than seizing the opportunity to fight global warming at the most important possible battleground: the ballot box.  And no one understands this more than the world's leading clean energy advocate and our favorite Nobel Peace Laureate.

We encourage young people to join or organize a viewing party, and then join Power Vote for 6 days of Get Out the (Power) Vote campaigning between October 29 - November 4. We know Gore's talk with all of us will be an incredible and inspiring launch pad for action.

Finally, we want to specifically say thank you to Al Gore and our great friends and partners at the Alliance for Climate Protection for making this happen.  We're so excited to see the unprecedented number of (Power) Votes cast this election, and to truly begin to Re- Power America!

Very sincerely,

Jessy Tolkan
Director, Power Vote

Waste For All May Soon Overcome Green For All

I wish to get attention to the ever-expanding, never-ending messes that organic wastes and sewage are generating to likely become a bigger threat to our descendants' futures than the climate crisis with clean energy actions not being meaningful.
I have detailed very beneficial actions that can be taken to get control of those messes. I have a note on this on We Can Do It Website of the Alliance for Climate Protection. It is in the Alliance Reseach Weekly section for Oct 8. I am sending Van a more detailed outline hoping that he will see the many benefits of taking actions to get control of those wastes.

About time

It's about time youth are being addressed by a world leader. It's very encouraging to be recognized for the hard work that we are all going to have to do. Well done EAC, Al Gore, and all the rest for putting this together.
