Innovations in Civic Participation

Innovations in Civic Participation works around the world to strengthen and develop policies and programs that apply service as a solution to a wide range of social issues. ICP is the premier "think tank" on global youth service and, as part of its mission to promote civic participation, particularly among youth, ICP staffs two major international networks: the Talloires Network, a collective of individuals and institutions committed to promoting the civic roles and social responsibilities of higher education, and the International Association for National Youth Service, dedicated to promoting national youth service.
