In June 2009, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the American Clean Energy and Security Act (ACES).  Now the Senate is crafting climate and energy legislation, using ACES as a starting point.

These bills have a long way to go before they become law.  The graphic above illustrates what is good about ACES and what could be better.  It also details two key provisions that Green For All and our allies have been fighting for — and why we need you to help make sure they are part of the final law that President Obama signs.
