EMA Honors Gala Recap with Michelle Romero

The Environmental Media Association Honors Gala honors some of “the most influential green leaders in entertainment, technology, and business.” Green For All’s Deputy Director, Michelle Romero had the opportunity to capture the action live from the green carpet, and speak with some of the greatest innovators, thought leaders, and changemakers, who are working to create a better world.

Ray Halbritter is the current Nation Representative and CEO of Oneida Nation Enterprises, an organization that supports the health, education, welfare, and prosperity of the American Indian people whose sovereign homelands are located in Central New York.

Elizabeth Olsen is an American actress who has notably been involved in The Latitude Project; an organization focused on alleviating poverty. Each year, the organization partners with a different country to tackle a large initiative that elevates impoverished communities, provides better access to resources, and builds solutions to meet their greatest needs.

Ed Begley Jr. is an American actor whose has made a significant impact for many years on stage, on screen, and on the environmental scene. An eco-conscious activist since the 1970s, he has become one of the frontrunners of the green movement and practices what he preaches; even showing up to Hollywood events on his bicycle.

Wendie Malick is an American actress and former fashion model who has lit up the screen with her comedic presence. She is a board member of the Environmental Media Association, an avid animal rights activist, and on the advisory board for the Humane Society of the United States.
