Courtney DeOreo is a workforce development consultant who helped design and launch Cuyahoga Community College’s Pathways out of Poverty through Green Jobs program. The program includes courses in life skills and the green occupations in construction and manufacturing designed for people with barriers to employment. The program was developed to meet the unique requirements of the Northeast Ohio region.
