VIDEO: Meet the College Ambassadors

Authors: Markese Bryant, College Ambassador Program Associate Welcome to Summer School Week. This week, we are highlighting both educational resources and the stories of students working out in the field.

During the fall semester of 2010, Green For All's College Ambassadors were responsible for coordinating and facilitating over 30 workshops on various topics. These workshops highlighted the benefits of a green economy, inspiring HBCU students thorough out the southeast region of the U.S. The Ambassadors' workshops also exposed a great number of HBCU students to the mission of Green For All and the broader movement. During the spring semester, the Ambassadors also spearheaded campus-based sustainability initiatives. Green For All's first class of College Ambassadors has laid a strong foundation for the upcoming class of Ambassadors as a result of their completion of the program, and has provided Green For All with some honest feedback on various aspects of the program.

Thank You Class One!
