Piper Evans is a Senior Associate at O-H Community Partners focusing on strategic planning, market assessment & analysis in the clean energy sector, and the formation of public-private partnerships. Specific engagements include: business plan and financial model development for a non-profit service provider that offers technical assistance, financing, and construction oversight for energy efficiency retrofits of multi-family buildings; a research project examining the national opportunities for targeted grant-making in the building energy efficiency industry; and the design and management of an entrepreneurial mentoring program for clean energy entrepreneurs on behalf of the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Department of Energy, and the Advanced Research Projects Agency – Energy.
Ms. Evans’ prior work focused on corporate finance and advisory services with an emphasis on social impact. Most recently, she completed a consulting engagement with KIPP Bay Area Schools as a 2010 Education Pioneers Fellow, where she built flexible financial models and made recommendations to ensure long-term sustainability and growth. Prior to this, Ms. Evans worked at The Walt Disney Company as a senior analyst focused on consumer products, collaborating on numerous special projects as part of Disney’s 5-year strategic planning process. Ms. Evans also has experience providing advisory services to multiple stakeholders in corporate bankruptcy proceedings at Seneca Financial Group.
Ms. Evans received her M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S.B.A. from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
