On August 28th, 45 years ago, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. stood on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial and said "I have a dream today." It is the day before Katrina made landfall three years ago, ripping apart homes and lives and showing the world which communities are hit first and worst by climate change.
