I am passionate for co created communities of learning. The benchmark for success is more than just outcomes, bu community learning. Because of my age, 59, and health history, two year ovarian cancer survivor, I try to work in ways that respect personal environments, that move in ways that are healthy and actually "green". I work with developing communication and curriculum on the web especially and I have been told I "teach hard things well." Students (co-learners) and teachers (also co-learners)are under such stress to produce to some outside criteria, that learning becomes a problem rather than a joy and a useful tool. I am interested in bringing back the joy of education, especially to those who don't like "it" and help us all rediscover the usefulness of collaborative inquiry for meaningful community outcomes. BTW I am married to a USGBC LEED certified builder who is also unable to find a living career after years in the field.
